The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: OrCAD, Allegro & Blueprint Software Maintenance Renewal. (Qty 1 Lot). This requirement is sole sourced to EMA Design Automation, 225 Tech Park Drive, Rochester, NY 14623 as this is a renewal of existing software maintenance, and EMA Design Automation is the sole North American authorized distributor for the Navy. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to [email protected] no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
