SOURCES SOUGHT PROGRAM MANAGER LIGHT ARMORED VEHICLES SYSTEM TECHNICAL SUPPORT 1. Description: Program Manager Office Light Armored Vehicle (PMO LAV) is responsible for the total life cycle support for the Family of Light Armored Vehicles (FOLAV) and is located at the United States Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) at the Detroit Arsenal in Warren, Michigan. PMO LAV seeks to identify sources capable of providing engineering and logistic support for the engineering development, prototyping and production of Hydraulic Lift Cylinder Assemblies used on the United States Marine Corps (USMC) FOLAV. These systems are currently fielded on the FOLAV with known obsolescence issues on the Crane Assembly. There is little or no technical information or data available besides the physical product.
