INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) is the Management and Operating (M&O) Contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL). BEA is requesting an Expression of Interest (EOI) from Prospective Offerors (Subcontractors) that are qualified and capable to provide technical support services Offeror to facilitate BEAs implementation of a property management application. BACKGROUND A new property management system will require flexibility to integrate with existing systems. The property management lifecycle, including the critical process of excess material, must be captured within the property management application. Key components of a new system include the ability to create / modify fields, enhanced and intuitive user experience, integration with tracking technology, the ability for users to update asset records, and scalability to grow as lab assets grow. In addition, the Offeror shall have an access restricted, excess materials database (DB).
