This Request for Information (RFI) notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), on behalf of the NSWCPD Division 44, Power Systems Division. RFI is requested for all potential sources to provide information regarding non-commercial product/service solution(s) in accordance with the attached RFI Notice and Statement of Work (SOW). SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required services. NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to [email protected] by 06:00PM EST, 21 October 2025.
