DESCRIPTION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This notice is in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101. The Department of Labor (DOL), Job Corps Acquisition Services (JCAS), hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract for the services listed below to Education and Training Resources (ETR). The contract is expected to be awarded under authority of RFO 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract is expected to be awarded under the authority of RFO 15, Contracting by Negotiation. JCAS has documented the decision that only one source is available and the basis for the decision. A Sole Source Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The anticipated award date is no later than 07-31-2026. The contractor shall operate Benjamin L. Hooks Job Corps Center for a period of twelve months, with a possible six-month extension under RFO FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
