The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Research Facilities (ORF), Division of Facilities Operations and Maintenance (DFOM), intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Medical Gas and Vacuum Systems Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, Repair, and Related Services supporting the NIH Clinical Center (Building 10) in Bethesda, Maryland. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and technical expertise necessary to perform inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair, replacement, certification, emergency response, planned shutdown support, documentation, and reporting for Medical Gas and Vacuum (MGV) Systems, Laboratory Air and Vacuum Systems, Instrument Air Systems, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), outlet, valve, and alarm testing, and related support systems.
