Renovate approximately 1,400 SF of finish interior space within B1601 to support Drug Demand Reduction (DDR). Room 140 will be altered to accommodate separate entry and exist points for admin and patients. All modifications to the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection MEP/FP design systems will correlate with existing facility components.This is a Design-Build project to renovate B1601 for Drug Demand Reduction (DDR) Facility with a period of performance of 360 days, with 120 days for construction documents and 240 calendar days for construction, from date of Notice to Proceed receipt.
