The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors who have the capability to provide chemical and biological laboratory fume hood testing, inspection, and certification at the Tomah VA Medical Center located in Tomah, WI. Vendors will be required to inspect, test, and certify one chemical fume hood, one biological fume hood, and service/replace negative air pressure room High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters for two rooms. These services shall be required once per year in the month of January. Fume hood testing shall follow American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) 110 – Laboratory Fume Hood Performance Testing guidelines. All negative pressure room testing shall follow the most current version of American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/ American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE)/ American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) Standard 170: Ventilation of Health Care Facilities.
