The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Hawaii (NAVFAC Hawaii) is conducting market research to determine if other potential products/services can provide a hydrocarbon analyzer that has equal performance requirements as the TD-120 Oil in Water Monitor with Sample Thief accessory, manufactured by Benchmark Measurement Solutions/Turner Designs Hydrocarbon Instruments, 2525 Alluvial Ave., Ste 161, Clovis, CA 93611. The alternate product/service must meet the following requirements/specifications: Be capable of detecting C24 to C44 hydrocarbons with a detection range below 50 PPB. Utilize Deep Ultraviolet Fluorescence measurement technology in an online configuration for hydrocarbon detection in a continuous flowing sample. Be capable of accurate measurement in high turbidity conditions. Be capable of operating at ambient temperatures of 1 to 55 degrees C.
