Luke AFB is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to look for Aircraft Arresting System Parts: NSN: 1710-00-116-4181, 1710001164181 (PENDANT CABLE ASSY - 5 each) NSN 1710-01-017-4463, 1710010174463 (SUPPORT, DONUT TYPE - 250 each) Evaluation Criteria is listed within clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Award of the contract will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price meeting. Please review all documents attached to this RFQ for more information. Quote Submission Deadline (11/10/2025): The deadline to submit a quote in response to this RFQ is November 10th, 2025 @ 1500 EDT. Interested vendors must submit their proposal to the POCs via email by this deadline to be considered for award. Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
