Contractor to provide all labor, material, parts and equipment required to: - for floor removal and replacement at Building 135 per SOW 25PW058; - remove and replace doors and floor repair at Buildings 10, 16, and 38 per SOW 25PW062; and - relocate existing furniture from Buildings 125 and 135 to building 20 per SOW #26PW023. Wage Determination General Decision Number: NY2 Rev 1 dated 01/30/2026, applies and is incorporated. Period of Performance is 60 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Contracting Officer's Representative is Bruno Batko.
