Award Notice NAICS 541810

NHTSA awarded an IDIQ contract, whereby Time & Material (T&M), Cost Reimbursement (CR) and Firm fixed Price (FFP) or hybrid task orders can issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 16.202, 16.301, 16.504, 16.505, and 16.601. FFP will be considered and applied to the maximum extent possible; however, based on the agency’s historical knowledge about the requirements under this contract, it is anticipated that some work planned under this award will fall under T&M where negotiated fully loaded labor rates will apply. The Government also cites a need to include CR, when applicable. CR is most applicable to make off-cycle invoices to cover media buy costs.
