Notice of Intent to Sole Source – FS2 Bridge Contract Under the authority of RFO 6.103-1(c)(2), the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source contract to Leidos for the Foundation Sustainment Services (FS2) bridge contract. Purpose: The purpose of this bridge contract is to support the FS2 program through April 2028. The IDIQ will allow for the continuation of services for each Task Order under the current FS2 contract, until a follow-on competitive IDIQ can be awarded. Scope: The FS2 bridge contract will continue the existing integration, software maintenance, operations support, and limited development activities necessary to sustain current mission capabilities supporting the Source Directorate and its mission partners. These services support the established set of operational and modernized capabilities already implemented in support of the mission.
