NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East, Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to TCGRx N1671 Powers Lake Road, Powers Lake, WI 53159. The period of performance for contract award will be from December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026, with provision of four (4) option years. This requirement is to provide a service and maintenance contract for the FastPak pill packer. This includes providing all necessary labor, consumable parts and non-consumable parts to ensuring the pill packer is operating correctly to the manufacturer s specifications. It also will provide all available upgrades and annual software licenses for the Albany, Batavia, Bath, Bronx, Buffalo, Canandaigua, NY Harbor, Northport, Syracuse VA Medical Centers located in New York and the East Orange and Lyons Medical Centers located in New Jersey. All work shall be performed by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified technicians authorized by TCGRx.
