Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Research Triangle Park (RTP) in Durham, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Integra Biosciences in accordance with RFO 6.103-1(b) to purchase Protective EMA for government-owned Integra ViaFlo Instruments. This procurement is recommended to be processed without full and open competition. EPA’s Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention Office of Mission Critical Operations requires a Protective equipment maintenance agreement (EMA) for the government-owned Integra ViaFlo Instruments to ensure proper performance and dependability for this equipment and associated peripheral accessories.
