OSBORNE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY UNIT COMPANY *********************************************************************** This is a design-build project for a new Alaska Army National Guard Readiness Center Additions (approx. 50,641 SF) at Camp Carroll in the Ft. Richardson side of JBER, Alaska. The readiness center will be designed and constructed to support training, administrative, logistical, and operational requirements of three AKARNG units. Design and construction will include all utility services, systems, site improvements, drainage, parking areas to support the facility. Integral part of the facility will be a designated paved area for organizational (military equipment) parking/staging area.
