The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Arborist and Invasive Insect Control Services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Naugatuck River Basin in Connecticut. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide Arborist and Invasive Insect Control services needed for each BPA call under the agreement.
