This purpose of Amendment A0005 to Solicitation 36C24825R0029 NFSG Home Oxygen is to answer remaining questions that were timely submitted, see attachment D.7 Revised Vendor Questions and Answers. Provide B.1 Revised Contract Administration Data, B.2 Revised Price/Cost Schedule (updated period of performance dates), B.4 Revised Statement of Work, and D.4 Revised Wage Determinations. All Offerors must acknowledge this amendment. Please submit all Proposals to the Contracting Officer, Yolanda Glover, at [email protected] by Wednesday September 24th, 2025, no later than 4:00 pm EST. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(c).
