The remainder of this document is unchanged. This is Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) only not a Solicitation for Offerors. Responses will be used to finalize acquisition strategy only. Feedback for responses will not be provided. When strategy is finalized, an update to this Sources Sought will be posted. Please read the entirety of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) prior to submitting a capability statement. Specifically, the following must be considered: 1) PWS Section 1.0 "Background" states "LIPAS/VISION is powered by a suite of software including EXL LifePro, LifePro Digital Suite, and SmartComm." 2) PWS Section 5.2.1.1 "EXL Licenses" states "The contractor shall maintain and manage all required EXL licenses and maintenance agreements required to sustain and enhance LIPAS."
