Item: Boot, USMC Tropical Jungle PGC: 03940 NSN: 8430-01-679-6204 This procurement is for the manufacture and delivery of Boots, USMC Tropical Jungle Boot (MC TJB) PGC#03940. The USMC Tropical Jungle Boot will be procured in accordance with purchase description MC-PD-25-005 dated 20 August 2025. The solicitation will have one (1) lot for a 100% of total requirement and be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside Competition after Exclusion of Sources, FAR 6.203 Set-asides for small business concerns. The solicitation will be evaluated under Best Value Trade-Off Source Selection Procedures with the following evaluation factors: (1) Product Demonstration Models (PDM), and (2) Past Performance Confidence Assessment. Offerors are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs). Evaluation will consist of PDM, Past Performance, and price. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price.
