THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Regional Directorate is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the capability to provide Painting and Restoration of Static Display Aircraft in support of NCIS. Please see attached Performance Work Statement for full requirement definition. This is a new requirement. The submission of information in response to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources and determining if a competitive solicitation is appropriate for this effort. A submission shall not be construed as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Your response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only and part of market research and will not be shared outside of the Government.
