Presolicitation NAICS 561499

Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contract on a noncompetitive basis with LevelCon-Micro-Design, Inc. (CAGE 3MTN5), Dallas, Texas 75229-7520, United States. This requirement will be pre-priced in the IDIQ contract for quick acquisition via delivery order for Iridium and cellular connected solar powered gateway with integrated R3 radar sensor. V4.2 with LCD, push button, new enclosure and updated hardware. This total ordering period of the IDIQ will be five (5) years, from October 2025 to October 2030. A maximum of 4,020 controllers is set as the purchasing ceiling. This is not a request for quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based on responses to this notice, is within discretion. The applicable NAICS Code is 561499 and the business size standard is $21.5 million.
