The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) provides supply support and logistics services to the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and several federal agencies. The MSPV Program is comprised of three Global Regions (North, South, and West); each region may be supported by a Primary and Backup PV. These levels of support combine to provide routine ordering capability throughout the world. The MSPV program is the primary distribution channel for procurement and delivery of a full range of Commercially Available Off the Shelf medical/surgical supplies to Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs), clinics, and operational customers throughout each of the three Global Regions. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED for all Global Regions. Each PV provides medical surgical products for which it has been authorized as a distributor, under a designated pricing instrument authorized by DLA Troop Support Medical. Customers order directly through the Prime Vendor or through DLAs internal web order interface.
