This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation for providing Crane Lease/ Rental Services for Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT. The work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, facilities, transportation, equipment, and all other items necessary to provide the services as described in the attached Bid Schedule of the Request for Proposal (RFP). The services will be acquired using commercial procedures under FAR Part 12. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated. The contract term will be a base period of 12 months plus four (4) 12 month option periods, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. with an estimated contract start in September 2026.
