The Federal Protective Service Acquisition Division (FPS AD) intends to extend the current contract for Armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) Services on a non-competitive basis from October 1, 2025 through 1/31/2026, in support of the protection of federal facilities throughout the New York Metropolitan area. This supplemental agreement is entered into pursuant to authority of 41 U.S.C 3304(a)(1) implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for proposals. A request for proposals will not be made available. The Justification and Approval (J&A) document supporting this requirement will be made publicly available on www.SAM.gov within 14 days after contract award.
