Incorporate Evaluation Factors: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. (attached) 3. Extend the date due for quotes to: 8 July 2025 by 5:00 PM PST Period Of Performance: 1 Calendar Year from the date of Contract Award. Base Year, plus 4 Optional Years.
