The Facilities Construction East CMT of the United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for an Exterior Facade Restoration project, at the United States Postal Service owned Murray Hill Annex 205 East 36th Street, New York, NY 10016, New York County. The estimated cost of the work is between $8,000,000 and $9,000,000; with construction completion no later than Eight hundred (800) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will open October 16, 2025 on USPS eSourcing Coupa (see How to Participate below) and close on November 17, 2025.
