COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N26QA004 CAD Vectorization Blanket Purchase Agreement U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 28 October 2025 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N26QA004 is for the establishment of multiple Blanket Purchase agreement for CAD Vectorization services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, software, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform CAD services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Hydroelectric Design Center (HDC) US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
