THIS IS NOT AN INVITIATION FOR BID, PLAN AND SPEFICIATIONS ARE NOT AVAILBLE TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROJECT NUMBER: ND OMAD 2024(1) PROJECT NAME: Minuteman Missile Access Roads PROJECT DESCRIPTION: ND OMAD 2024(1) - The Office of Missile Air Defense Program (OMAD) is a Defense Access Road (DAR) program used by the Department of Defense (DoD) to fund the annual maintenance and improvements on certified gravel roads. FHWA works with the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) to support the Air Force Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Program (Minuteman). These Minuteman Missile Access Roads are located in 6 counties within North Dakota. In cooperation with the Minot Air Force Base and Central Federal Lands Highway Division, this project includes re-graveling up to 73.742 miles of existing gravel Minuteman Missile Access Roads in various counties within North Dakota. The intent of this project is to provide necessary aggregate road maintenance for select routes utilized by the United States Air Force.
