This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for a construction Project 549-21-703, EHRM TRAINING AND ADMIN SUPPORT SPACE. The project shall include, but is not limited to, remodeling three existing rooms (room numbers 321, 406, & 407) for temporary EHRM Classrooms (maybe used for other purposes in the future) and one existing office administration, room 414. All rooms are in Building 2. The renovation shall include demolition and remodel of all four rooms to replace: lay-in ceiling system, light fixtures, flooring, wall coverings, IT & electrical outlets. The renovation shall include indoor AC package units in rooms 321, 406, & 407, physical security assessment and upgrades and any hazardous material abatement based on site ACM report. Mechanical work shall involve minor work on the roof that shall involve new curbs and roof repair at the site of the mechanical work, and the installation of wall mounted louvers that shall require penetration and repair at exterior walls where they occur.
