Notice of Intent to Request Quote and Issue a Sole-Source Purchase Order for a Crashnet Solution Mission Critical Solutions DBA MCS of Tampa Request for Quote (RFQ) to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order under Simplified Procedures The 122d Fighter Wing, IN ANG, intends to solicit a quote and issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order to procure a Crashnet (Emergency Conference Network) Solution to Mission Critical Solutions DBA MCS of Tampa. This action will be executed in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures. Under the modernized Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a) guidance, the Contracting Officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available to satisfy this requirement due to the following critical parameters: Integration with Atos Unify Command Communications: The primary objective of this acquisition is to provide a single, unified Crashnet solution that is fully integrated and compatible with the existing base command post communication system.
