This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. This is a non-personal services contract to provide services for technical, field level, and logistical support on three (3) current Native American Lands Environmental Mitigation Program (NALEMP) Cooperative Agreements (CAs), two pre-proposals, two development of CA packages, two technical reporting in support of addressing U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) related environmental impacts on Native American lands. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services after approval of methodologies. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is the executing agency responsible to the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Energy, Installations & Environment) (OASD(EI&E)) for execution of the NALEMP through CAs with Tribal Governments within New Mexico.
