This is a request for information and will be used for market research purposes only. The sources sought notice is used to identify potential vendors that have the resources and capabilities to provide the TV/Cable/Telecommunications services to the 321 units in the Washington DC Veteran Affairs Medical Centers: SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall be required to furnish all necessary and appropriate labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to provide CABLE/TV in accordance with the terms and conditions of the resulting contract and the specifications and requirements, as specified herein. The contractor shall provide all necessary cable boxes for 321 units within the Medical Center, Community Living Center (CLC), and Fisher House. EQUIPMENT: In excess of 321 TV boxes, etc., for the Main Hospital, CLC, and Fisher House. The contractor shall provide all tools and equipment necessary to properly and safely perform the services set forth within this Statement of Work (SOW). This shall include, but is not limited, to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which may be required for the work to be completed in a safe manner.
