The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis this requirement: Hyper Velocity Gliding Projectile (HVGP) Testing (Qty 1 Job). This requirement is sole sourced to Corvid Technologies, LLC, 153 Langtree Campus Drive, Suite 401, Moresville, NC 28117. Corvid Technologies, LLC is the sole supplier of the HVGP Testing. Corvid is the sole developer of the model and modeling software required to maintain continuity of testing. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to [email protected] no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
