THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203, to announce the Governments intent to award a 7-month, Firm Fixed-Price Bridge Contract, on a noncompetitive basis to Valiant Integrated Services LLC, (CAGE 7S8Q1) for the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS) effort. Such will consist of 1 base month and 6 option months. exercised only as needed. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Procedures, Guidance, and Information 206-302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
