The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than a full and open competition basis the open market travel costs associated with the services being procured on GSA Schedule GS-00F-080GA. These services are sole sourced to Global Technology and Management Resources, Inc. (GTMR) 44145 Airport View Dr., Ste. 102 Hollywood, Md 20636-3153, for continued support of program testing and SME supportive services. The travel costs associated with these services are being procured as one complete package. This is not a request for quotes, however any firms believing that they can provide the services, as a whole unit, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice.
