The General Services Administration announces an opportunity to provide General Construction Services for the Interior Renovation for the Department of State, Passport Cincinnati, Peck 2nd & 3rd Floors project at the John Weld Peck Federal Building, 550 Main Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202 (Building No. OH0189). The General Construction Contractor (GC) will be solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, competitively chosen using source selection (FAR 15.3) procedures. The objective of the source selection process is to select a proposal that represents the best value to the Government. The award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and offers the best value to the Government, considering technical factors and total evaluated price. For this procurement, the technical factors will be more important than price (FAR15.101-1, Trade Offs).
