NOTICE OF INTENT TO MAKE SOLE SOURCE AWARD This requirement is for lodging accommodations (single occupancy, non-smoking rooms) for Reserve Component members assigned to the 940th Air Refueling Wing, 38th Intelligence Squadron, 50th Intelligence Squadron, and 713th Combat Operations Squadron during inactive duty training (IDT) weekends and Unit Training Assembly periods. Reserve Component members are assigned Priority One lodging status under DoDI 1015.11 and must pursue on-base lodging first per DAFMAN 34-135. Under Air Force and DoD lodging policy, Reserve Component members performing IDT are authorized lodging via government quarters or contract commercial lodging when mission requirements dictate and when government quarters are unavailable, with the unit responsible to pay lodging charges via an organizational Government Purchase Card (GPC) account, provided the lodging is reserved through a valid contractual instrument such as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
