Request for Information (RFI) for full service food support for DLA Troop Support's (OCONUS SPV) in the territory of Puerto Rico.
DLA Troop Support’s (DLA) Outside the Continental United States (“OCONUS”) Subsistence Prime Vendor (“SPV”) Program is interested in your comments regarding a potential six-month contract for full-service food support to visiting U.S. Navy Ships. While the primary customers will be Navy, the contract may also support our military and other federally funded customers located throughout the territory of Puerto Rico.
