N6833525Q0372 EV West P/N TSLA-MS-53 Lithium Ion Battery 18650 EV Modules NAICS: 336320 PSC: 6105 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to EV West, Inc. (CAGE 9Y7B3) in San Marcos, California, for the procurement of 24 EV West P/N TSLA-MS-53 Lithium Ion Battery 18650 EV Modules. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
