Adding a new RFQ document which should be accessible to all. Government requires a Mobile Breathing Air Recharging System. The System will be used to refill breathing air bottles for firefighters. See Government minmum salient characteristics. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) order through the system for award management (SAM.gov) The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
