Tulsa District has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for the design-bid-build construction of a Child Development Center. In addition to new construction this project will also provide for the demolition of buildings 5824, 5826, 5828, 5830 and 5832, equating to 3,829 square meters.The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price construction contract procured in accordance with FAR 15, Negotiated Procurement, using the trade-off process.
