DESCRIPTION Special Notice Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 17 in Arlington, TXÂ 76006, intends to issue a sole source award to MDXHealth, Inc., located at 15279 Alton Parkway, St. 100, Irvine, CA 92618. This procurement action requires contractor to provide gene expression assay and Oncotype DX testing for cancers of the prostate for VISN 17, for the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) for the VA Amarillo Healthcare System, VA Central Texas Healthcare System, VA El Paso Healthcare System, South Texas Veterans Healthcare System, VA North Texas Healthcare System, VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Healthcare System and the West Texas VA Health Care System (collectively VISN 17). The Contractor shall: A. Provide gene expression assay and Oncotype DX testing for cancers of the prostate. B.
