This an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Elekta, Inc., 400 Perimeter Center TER NE Suite 50 Atlanta GA 30346 for OIS/MOSAIQ Software and Services will be posted to contracting opportunities from 10/7/2025 through 10/20/2025 under NAICS 541511 PSC DA01. The Vendor shall provide maintenance and service for OIS/MOSAIQ Software used in the Radiation Oncology Clinic.
