The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action for the procurement of the following items: CLIN 0001 Austere Off Road Driver Training and Recovery course (05 -11 Nov 2025) IAW PWS Qty: 1 EA Cameron Advanced Mobility is the only vendor within the specified radius that has the ability to execute within the required time frame (05 Nov-11 Nov) and has direct access to the required NSTV platforms and possesses the infrastructure necessary to support integrated vehicle-based weapons employment, terrain replication, and instructor-led training aligned with CSAR mission parameters. Their facility offers immediate availability of Toyota Land Cruiser and Toyota Hilux, certified instructors with operational experience, and a training environment that meets the environmental and tactical specifications prescribed in the 48 RQS Mission Analysis MFR & IAW the PWS. Thus, Cameron Advanced Mobility has been determined to be the only known source capable of providing the pre-deployment Austere Off Road Driver Training.
