Please see attachments. ************************************************** Synopsis: SPE300-25-R-X015 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation SPE300-25-R-X015 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bread and Bakery items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the Puerto Rico Zone. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with two pricing tiers for all items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from November 15, 2025 to November 11, 2028. Tier 1 will be from November 15, 2025 to November 13, 2027. Tier 2 will be from November 14, 2027 to November 11, 2028. This acquisition will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The total length of the contract will be three (3) years.
