This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation intended to result in a firm-fixed price contract. The acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The basis of the award will be dictated by the conformance of the Instructions provided to Offerors and the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process.
