The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH), intends to make an award to Preserve/Scapes Consulting LLC., 63090 Casey PL, Bend, Oregon, 97703-9008, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for the purpose of providing management, supervision, personnel, services, materials, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, and general and specialized equipment to provide support services related to the positions of the Federal Preservation Officer (FPO) and Senior Real Property Officer (SRPO). The period of performance for the purchase order/contract is anticipated to be one (1) 12-month base year and two (2) 12- month option years, with an anticipated award date of 11/19/2025.
