This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing a proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your offeror will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about October 12, 2025, posted to SAM.gov website. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Veterans Affairs has a requirement for grounds maintenance services at Golden Gate National Cemetery. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that ground maintenance services are performed at the Cemetery in a manner that shall maintain proper decorum and respect; and grounds maintenance operations are performed at the Cemetery in a manner that shall maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants; and present a groomed, clean, neat, and professional appearance.
