NSN 7R-6115-016270932-QE, REF NR FH30001G4, QTY 30 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. Early and incremental deliveries accepted. The data needed to acquire/repair this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possibleto draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. The subject item requires Government source approval prior to contract award, as the item is flight critical and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support acquisition via full and open competition.
